Looking for a flatmate to join me in this beautiful 2-bed flat. Top floor of a 4 storey converted Victorian terraced house, with recently refurbished kitchen and bathroom. I've lived here for 2 years and really love the space. Separate dining area and living room, and a small outdoor roof area that can be accessed by a slightly precarious ladder situation!

2 minute walk to Bow Road Tube (hammersmith & city and district line) or Bow Church DLR, 10 minute walk to Mile End tube (central line). Bills come to around £150 per month, including high speed internet and a cleaner who comes twice a month.

In normal life, I have quite a hectic work/social schedule so I enjoy the flat being a bit of a haven - up for the occasional dinner party, but generally enjoy a more relaxed home environment. Looking for someone who'd be up for hanging out/cooking together occasionally, but is also cool doing their own thing (basically don't want to live with someone who's happy to remain total strangers). Obviously, things are very different now we're mainly all working from home - so being able to create an environment in which we're both comfortable and can do our work without disrupting each other too much is super important.
