Sadly my flatmate is leaving London to save up some money to go travelling which means his amazing room is becoming available. Its a really decent size and comes with pretty much sole access to the master bathroom as I’ve got my own en-suite. It's furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
Flat is on the 8th floor of a modern block off, directly above a well-sized Tesco, pretty convenient! There's huge balcony with views of Canary wharf, the City, north London and around to the Olympic Park.
10mins walk to Bow Road station,
15mins to Mile End station,
2/3 mins from useful bus stops
5-10mins walk to Victoria Park.
Right by loads of lovely pubs and cafes as well as banks, shops and a fair few takeaways.
I work in advertising, currently working from home, and enjoy all usual stuff like music, the pub, running and brunch... I've lived here for two years, have a relatively busy social life but also enjoy chilling out in the flat. It's a pretty relaxed place but I also enjoying hosting mates around (covid permitting) and having the very occasional party and you’d be very welcome to make the place home and do the same.
Deposit: £1,125 plus agency fees and proof of income/references for the contract change.
Contract: 12months with a 6-month break clause.
Bills: due to a work perk we get free super fast broadband, but the rest including council tax come to about £80-100 each a month.
