Double Room - Short Term - Zone 2!

Hello beautiful people!

There are currently 1 small cute double bedroom available in our home for 1 MONTH ONLY, with possibility to extend it.

The house has 4 rooms in total, so you'll be sharing the big kitchen, bathroom, living room, garden and sunny patio with the three of us :)

The room come fully furnished, with a double bed, a wardrobe , desk and a shelf.

The rent for the room is £510. Deposit would be £200

Bills are not included in the rent - they are £50-80 p/m max (which covers superfast Wifi from Virgin Media, council tax, gas, electricity and water).
But in the summer months bills come down as the heater is barely/never on!

Location-wise, we are 1 min walking distance from the DLR stop, Devons Road - ZONE 2.
Tesco is a 5 min walk, Lidl 15mins away, and there are quaint pubs and a gym 2-5 mins from the house. There are many off licences and chicken shops just a few steps away!

Bow Road/Bromley by Bow stations are about a 10 mins walk from the house for those who need the Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines.

Mile End is a 15-20 min walk from the house - super convenient if you are studying/working in Queen Mary university or if you need the Central line.

We love the location of the house as it super well connected to Stratford (5 mins on the DLR) for a shopping hype in Westfields, Canary Wharf (7 mins on the DLR) and Mile End ParK with its beautiful canals just 15 mins from the house. Brick Lane/Shoreditch and Central London is about 20 mins on the tube!

Current flatmates:
Our home is occupied by Daniel, Ricardo and me! I'm from the North of Spain and love cooking!, Daniel is a vegan a coffee enthusiast English guy and Ricardo comes from Portugal and is a funny and energetic soul apasiónate with tennis, fútbol and piano . We are a super friendly bunch of humans, love to hang out together in the garden, drink vinos and watch movies together. We all work in the usual 8-6.
