Double Room with Private Bathroom in Modern Flat

I'm looking for a new flatmate in my light, clean, modern and comfortable Bow flat.

It's a really nice space and a great location - just over 5 mins to Bow Road station, a bit further to Bow Church DLR and a bit further again to Mile End. It's also really close to lots of green spaces (Vicky Park, Olympic Park, canals, River Lea, Hackney Marshes) and has got a Tesco, Roman Road and Stratford nearby for shopping.

The room is fully furnished and a pretty good size. It also comes with sole use of the bathroom (my room has a little en suite).

The living area's spacious, light and great for both having people over and taking it easy. The sofas are comfy and there's an ok TV (just with Freeview) plus a decent stereo. The balcony gets the sun from morning through to evening and is a really nice spot for weekend breakfasts and evening drinks.

I cook quite a lot so there's loads of pots, pans, utensils and appliances. There's also a good oven with four-ring induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, large fridge-freezer, microwave, decent cupboard space and some extra storage space in the boiler room if you need.

For council tax, energy and internet it's roughly £90 a month, on top of the rent.

If you've got a bike there's a secure parking area with CCTV where you can lock it up. There's never been any issues with bike security.

Normally I work in marketing for film/TV, although I'm currently between contracts. I'm interested in film, music, books, art, cooking, cycling, nature and the pub 😊. I'm not vegetarian but I don't tend to eat much meat.
