We are looking for a lovely housemate to fill a double room in a Victorian house, available now!
The house is only a 10 minute walk from Victoria Park, the canal and Mile End station (district / hammersmith/ central lines) - along with easy access into Hackney/Shoreditch/Central/Broadway Market / Columbia Road🌻🌷💐
You will be sharing with three great girls, early to mid twenties. Two architects and one working in parliament!
Everyone is really friendly and easy going, often have busy schedules but enjoy cooking together, listening to music, and often spend evenings watching tv or films in the living room!
I’ve have loved living here and I’m so gutted to be moving out! Would stay here forever but corona has other plans!
THE HOUSE
There is a shared lounge and kitchen with a bathroom upstairs and a separate WC downstairs. We also have a huge basement, which is great for storing all those items you don't want to fill your room with!
The room will be available furnished with a very very comfy double bed and mattress, a large bookcase, a large brand new wardrobe, bedside tables, a clothing rail & a mirror!
Big big bonus is our garden, which captures the sun throughout the year. Perfect for brunches & watching the beaut sunsets too!
Whilst there isn’t that much space for a desk in the room, there is a table in the living room which is free for use when working from home! Loads of space and daylight and brilliant for separating your working and sleeping spaces!
All other housemates will work from their rooms so the living room would be all yours if you are WFH!
RENT - £630pm (bills not included! 43.24 in council tax and internet pm. Water has already been paid for the next year (bonus!) Electric and gas is approx £30/month paid every 3 months.)
