Stylish Victorian terrace house in Mile End

Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a couple or individual to take the lovely master bedroom in a beautiful 3 bedroom house near Victoria Park.

LOCATION
The location is great: we're a 2min walk away from the Roman Road shops and cafes, and an 8min walk to Mile End station. Victoria Park is also a short walk away and has an amazing food market on Sundays! It's a really peaceful road and our house backs on to other gardens so nice and quiet.

THE HOUSE
A Victorian terrace house over two floors, plus a cellar, which is great for storage. There are 3 bedrooms and a huge shared bathroom, along with a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is bright and modern, with bifold doors opening out onto the terrace where we’ve had BBQs and drinks in the summer. The living room(s) are divided into a TV area and a dining/study area currently. There are two working fireplaces, which make the house extremely cosy in winter.

The room available is the master bedroom with a king size bed. It has loads of built-in storage and a desk which has been super hand when working from home.

YOU
We're looking for a professional with a 9-5, someone who's easy-going, clean, and happy to hang out. Open to couples for the master bedroom too ☺️

RENT + BILLS
Rent is paid monthly and bills include broadband, electricity, water, and council tax.
The bedroom comes to £967 a month and the deposit is 5 weeks rent (£1116).
Currently, we pay £97.00 for bills, split equally between the 3 of us but if a couple were to join that would be cheaper!
We’re looking to have the room filled by 11th Jan latest!

THE HOUSEMATES
We will be very sad to leave not only this amazing house but also our beautiful friend Chloe. She is French, 29, works in marketing for a beauty company and makes the tastiest Indian food!!

The third housemate is also looking to move in the new year so there will be two new people joining the house :)
