Large double room next to Victoria Park

We have a spacious double room available from 8th October in our lovely home in Bow. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and rug. It also has a fitted wardrobe and a very large cupboard.

Split over two floors, the whole place has a bright, contemporary feel, but is still cosy, with real wood flooring throughout. We have a private balcony and shared garden access, too.

The location is fantastic – a couple of minutes from Victoria Park in one direction, and Roman Road in the other. The number 8 stops here, taking you to Bethnal Green, Liverpool St, etc. It’s a 15 minute walk to Mile End or Hackney Wick Station. There are also two Santander cycle stations within a 1 minute walk.

About Us:
We (Jess and I) are in our late 20s/early 30s. The dynamic in the house is friendly, considerate and fun. It is generally quiet and peaceful; think ‘Beers on the Balcony’, not ‘Rave in Every Room.’

About you:
You will be considerate, clean and a good communicator. Our preference is to live with another womxn. Vegetarians or vegans strongly preferred.

Bills are included, apart from the cleaner who we pay in cash - £20 each per month. We use Monzo to manage communal expenses.
