Cozy Double Room - E3 BOW - Roof terrace

Double bed in the room but on the cozy side but overall quite a spacious flat, no en suite but my room in the property does have one so you would have the larger bathroom all to yourself this is the one in the pictures - has both a bath and shower. We’re right above a Tesco and Roman road so lots of shops close by. Bow Road, Mile End and Hackney wick stations all within walking distance.
We also have access to the roof terrace which can be really nice when the weathers good.
Regarding bills, they will roughly be between 75 and 125 a month but this can be discussed.
I work weekends and evenings for the most part so I am not in all that often happy to make some new friends but also okay if you keep yourself to yourself.
The room is a little cramped with furniture right now but can be reorganised and can get rid of anything you don’t need making more space, there’s enough space if you need a desk in the room as well.
