We have a beautiful light room available from 10th of October for 1 month (with a possibility to extend) in our 3 bedroom flat. The room is a double but for single occupancy only. You would be sharing with 2 professionals in their early/late 30s and my friendly cat.

We’re looking for a full-time professional in their late 20s /early-late 30s, who's friendly, tidy and considerate of others. Must like cats!! :)

We are a clean, tidy and respectful household but like to keep a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in our home.

Rent is £600pcm, which includes all the bills (council tax, water, electricity and high speed internet), cleaning products/other monthly shared flat expenses.

Deposit is £600 and is required with the first month's rent before moving in.

The flat is located in Zone 2 (E3), a short walk to Mile End, Bow Road and Bow Church stations and buses straight to Shoreditch, , Hackney Wick, Liverpool St or up to Dalston. It is also very close to the beautiful Victoria Park, big Tesco is just around the corner, a couple of gyms as well as yoga studios and a fleet of cute coffee shops/restaurants/pubs nearby.
