** 4 minute walk from Mile End tube (Central line including Night Tube, District line and Hammersmith & City Line);
** two minute walk from Bow Road tube (District & Hammersmith);
** 7 minute walk from Bow Church DLR (direct to Canary Wharf).
** 10 - 15 minutes on the tube to get into the City.
** 10 minutes to get to Canary Wharf from the tube/DLR.

In general bills amount to approx. £230 per person per month. but this is due to the increased electricity costs which obviously you can control. They used to be £175 per month.
