I have a large double room in a flat with a massive living room in a prestigous modern building. The flat is on the top floor which is 6th and has views of the Olympic/West Ham stadium and the park around it.
The flat has two bedrooms. There is a lovely young couple in the other bedroom (male+female).
I am looking only for one person for this bedroom as I want max 3 people in the flat.
The bills are extra: approx £90/month.
The building is part of a private development from about 2008-2010 and has recently been refurbished to comply with all recent regulations.
