I have a room to offer just off the great Myddleton Road high street, very close to Bowes Park and Bounds Green stations and a 5 minute bus ride to Wood Green.

The room is a small double with a great view of the New River and is furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. The flat as a whole is three bedrooms with a large, sunny living room, a kitchen and a balcony looking directly onto the river - great for coffee on sunny mornings! Broadband and digital TV / Netflix are included.

With reference to the floor plan, the room is Bedroom 3, 2.89m by 2.66m.

A short (7-8 minute) walk to either Bowes Park station or the tube at Bounds Green, the flat is just around the corner from nice cafes, a deli, bakery, restaurants and even a craft pub.

As a live-in landlord I am on hand to maintain the place well. We're hoping for another friendly flatmate to make themselves at home.
