We are looking for new female tenants to move into our newly renovated house.

I am a live-in landlord with plenty of experience with tenants; renting our home for the past 10 years. I live with one of my daughters, who is 25.

2 Double Bedrooms with Shared Amenities. 1 larger bedroom (£750pcm inc. bills). Second bedroom (£700 pcm inc. bills)

Both double bedrooms are for 1 person only, I am sorry no couples. Light decor, large windows, all newly decorated. New carpets, and new mattress.
Share kitchen with all facilities, living room, bathrooms with us.

We have a small garden, which I maintain and happy for any help any time.
Street parking is available on CPZ, which is approx £58.00 per year in Haringey.
Served by Bowes Park rail station, Bounds Green and Wood Green Underground which are 24hr. Frequent buses also operate.
Small local high street with monthly market is a stones throw from us. Tesco Express is 3min walk. Wood Green high street is 20min walk. Muswell Hill is 15min via bus.
Alexandra Palace is also a 20min walk through the thames water green way.

I've recently turned 61 and have worked as a nurse and carer.
