Double furnished room with private lounge

Lovely double room with the private use of a second room as a lounge offered together for £725 a month plus bills (£140pcm) . I'm urgently looking for a single person or a couple (+£75pcm) to take over the current contract as my flatmates have left.

The two rooms are offered together, therefore the furniture can be rearranged as you wish (one bedroom and the other a private lounge/office). The flat is on the top floor of a 3 story building and has a bright spacious hall/dining area, one bathroom and a kitchen. It also has a large communal garden for the 6 flats in the building and free street parking.

The flat is on a nice quiet road in a residential area filled mostly with families. It is 10 minutes walk to Brent Cross station (Northern Line, zone 3). It also has a 24h big Tesco store 15 minutes away (close to the tube station). Next to Tesco is a large gym with gymnasium and football courts. Brent Cross shopping center is 20 mins away with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Wembley area is also 25 minutes by bus and has various larger stores (IKEA, Argos, TK Max, Decathlon, PC Currys...). There is also a 40 minute National Express bus to Stansted Airport from Golders Green station, which is a 20 minute walk.

I am looking for a clean and respectful professional working full time in London and looking for long term rent. Work details will be requested by the agency. The present contract finishes on August 2020, afterwards any continuation will be arranged with the agency.

About me, I am a 26 year old audiovisual technician in the event services industry. I am an organised person who likes the house clean and tidy (especially the kitchen). I am also sociable and friendly, and I love traveling (Spanish/British double nationality; lived in 7 different cities), listening to music (any kind), watching movies (love a good scifi) and playing sports (football and basketball).
