We are 2 girls and a 10 year old cat (Didina) looking for a flatmate, as we will have a spare double room in a 3 bedroom garden flat, starting from the middle of February.
We are 2 professionals, friendly and outgoing , but we also enjoy our own time.
We are looking for a friendly, tidy and sociable person.

Although single occupancy is preferred, couples/sharers would be considered for 800£ per calendar month.

The flat is in a great location:
• 2 min walk to Brent Cross tube station (northern line is opened also during the night on weekends)
• 10 min walk to Brent Cross shopping centre
• 5 min walk to 24hrs Tesco

The flat is cosy and modern:
• open plan kitchen/living room
• rear garden
• washing machine, tumble dryer
• Wi-Fi
• room comes fully furnished

Rent would be paid every month.
1 month deposit required.
All bills included.
1 month notice required.
