Bright and airy apartment just off Brick Lane!

The Apartment:
We are right between Liverpool Street station and Bethnal Green station, with Shoreditch overground a few minutes down the road. There are also fantastic bus routes on the doorstep which includes night bus routes. We are walking distance to Old Street, Shoreditch bars and clubs and have a great selection of local pubs and restaurants. There are supermarkets close by including a big Tesco and big Sainsbury.
Columbia road, Brick Lane and Broadway Markets are all really close and all within a 15min walk, as is Victoria Park and London Fields.
The flat itself is clean, gets a lot of light and is literally a two minute walk to Brick Lane - which is honestly just perfect on those hungover Sundays or if you want to brag to your friends.
The kitchen/lounge/dining area includes a dishwasher and washing machine as well as a balcony! The main bedroom is on the same floor. On the top floor there is the bathroom and three bedrooms. The first one (yours) is a double, unfurnished - however, the current housemate is happy to sell a super new double bed, frame and wardrobe rail for cheap. It has built in shelves and a good sized window with a nice view over the treetops in the area.

Your new housemates:
Jonathan - Architect from Australia and 30. Rides a bike from time to time and enjoys the occasional run. Also enjoys cooking and has been known to review restaurants. Likes to keep things tidy.
James - Copywriter from New Zealand and 31. Likes music, books, films craft beer, filter coffee and travel.
Nina - Works in heritage and 29. Likes old buildings, drinking wine with friends, hiking, and going to the cinema.

As a flat we like to try and hang out every now and then as a house. Partaking in everything from theatre outings, to Sunday roasts, to Pancake Tuesday together in the flat. We are all quite social and enjoy each others company when we are home. We also do have independent lives and can go a few days with just the occasional hello in passing. We all get on great with each other and have become genuine friends since living together.
Jonathan is back to working in an office while James is still working from home most of the time and Nina somewhere in between. If you need, we have more than enough space for you to use the communal space if you need to work from home or the room could easily accommodate a desk.

You:
Ideally, you'll be female so we can keep the gender balance but males and everyone else are also welcome. Someone who isn't afraid of spending some time in the lounge area and socialising but it would be great if you have your own friends and life too. We would love for you to be clean and tidy. We don't really have any rules, so we would trust you would just do your share when you can. Basically, just be a cool person I guess.

The details:
The room is available 06th September - but chat to us if this doesn't work and we can see what we can do as our outgoing flatmate is flexible a little before this date. We are due to sign on to a new contract which would just be the standard 12 month with 6 month break.

The price is for the room PLUS BILLS and includes absolutely everything (council tax, power, water, unlimited broadband and heating, plus netflix and amazon prime).
Our landlord is super chilled, lives in Melbourne and his motto is "if the place is clean and you're happy, I'm happy" We have had very few issues with the flat and the landlord is always super responsive and never has any problem helping out when required. So send us a message with a little bit about yourself and we can arrange a viewing, it would be great to meet you in person and show you around our home.
We would look to be doing viewings in the next week (Tuesday 02nd and Thursday 04th of August) so if you have a preference let us know. Or if they can't work but you really want to come past, let us know.
