Lovely light double room (although I'd rather just one person there rather than a couple). I'm not there much nowadays so you'll have the whole place to yourself most of the time and probably every weekend..
Would suit a chilled, together person :)
£900 pcm. All bills included - council tax, elec/gas, b/band.
It’s a 2 bed flat just off Brick Lane on the corner of a building overlooking a park. It has nice big windows, so it’s quite light and airy. Very convenient for central London etc. Usual mod cons: washing machine; dishwasher; microwave; and so on.
If you don’t know the area - it’s a little quiet backwater away from the noise of Brick Lane, so lots to do, loads of places to eat, markets and pop-ups at the weekend, but just far enough away from all the noise..
It’s minimally furnished, so you can make it your own. Bedroom has a bed, desk and chest of drawers. Lounge has dining table and chairs, there’s a sofabed too.
1 month's deposit and rent payable monthly in advance, 30 days notice. Ideal for me would be a min term of six months, other options considered.
