Bills not included. The bills come to a maximum of £115 p/m for each roommate. This includes Fibre Wifi, all utilities, cleaner twice a month and Council tax. The place is fully furnished with everything you need. Looking for someone long term, but also offer month to month to give tenants flexibility during the coronavirus.

The apartment has great views of the city from the balcony and your room. The flat is situated on the edge of central London (zone 1), 3 minute walk from Brick Lane

- One month's rent+bills. This will be returned to you in full regarding there is no damage to the apartment and your room is left clean.

Getting Around:

The apartment could not be better connected to the 24 hour bus system in London and the underground. We are in the middle of 5 different underground stations. We are only 15 minute walk from Liverpool Street station, 5 minutes from Shoreditch station, 10 minutes from Bethnal Green (central line now runs 24 hours), Whitechapel and Aldgate east stations. We are 300m from Brick Lane. There is a 24 hour Tesco and a Big Sainsbury's a short walk away.
