The room comes with a bed, a desk and a built in wardrobe space.

The house is a ex local authority house. The kitchen is a decent size with washing machine. Living room is also a good size with TV, record decks and lots of records included. Also there is a garden.

The housemates: We are 3 guys who are working professionals. We like to hang out and have a few beers in the evening listen to some music and watch some dry humoured TV on demand. The house is very relaxed and laid back. We are not anal about cleaning and sometimes the dishes may not be cleaned for a few days. The house is a bit rough around the edges, so if you are after Victorian grandeur, this place is not for you. But it is a good size and is in a great location and also you will be living with relaxed sociable people.

We are open to who lives here, we are not worried about profession, age, gender etc. But would like someone who is open minded and does not mind some clutter, smoking and some dry banter.
