I always notice that many people mistake on how to calculate rent per calendar month, which means covering the rent for the month and not only 4 weeks (28 days):
Its simple math: RENT PER WEEK X 52 (amount of weeks in a year) / 12 (months in a year) = RENT PER CALENDAR MONTH - So a rent of 180pw x 52 /12 = £780.00 per calendar month
