I am a LIVE OUT landlord as I travel a lot for work!.
This is a newly refurbished, fully furnished cosy top floor flat of a Victorian conversion. Really easy walking access to Brixton Station for overground or Victoria line and then ten min bus to Oval for the northern line.
It’s a modern design, with a large double bedroom perfect for a couple and a spare room which can be used as second bedroom (currently has a wardrobe and double bed) or could make a lovely home office for a professional couple. The main bedroom is equipped with a 60 inch Wide TV and the living area with a 50 inch TV and generally lovely furniture.
There is also a shared garden to the rear and you can register for a car parking space as I do not use this. The flat benefits from new appliances too and a big fridge/freezer.
As it’s top floor there is a nice view of the Shard from this room.
The rent is £2,750 (this includes, wifi, tv, council tax, water). As this is my main residence all of these bills will be paid by me and my belongings retained in the upper loft space.
The flat runs on a pay as you go meter which is convenient and your responsibility to top up based on usage (which I think is helpful).
In terms of requirements, I’ll expect proof of employment, a reference and a commitment to at least one year.
