After sharing our amazing flat for 1 year, I'm moving out to live with my girlfriend and my flatmate Dmitrij is looking to replace me.

The flat is located in the very heart of Brixton, in a quiet gated development with a concierge (you'll never miss a parcel again!), garden, bike shed, and lift.

The bedroom is a large double with a private modern bathroom (though not ensuite). It comes furnished with a nice bed, bedside table and big built-in wardrobes. The flat has all mod cons (incl. dishwasher and floor heating), a large open-plan living room, a balcony and lots of extra storage.

Dmitrij: 27, gay, working in fashion. Friendly, tidy and considerate, he enjoys a good balance between social time and personal space. He is looking for an easygoing flatmate who is open-minded, chilled and likes to unwind over a drink. If you like food, wine and art, you will get on just fine!

The rent is 950 pcm and the monthly bills (council tax, heating, electricity, internet, fortnightly cleaner, etc.) come around 100 pcm. You will have to go through the agency to be added as a joint-tenant.
