This is a double room in a spacious flat on Gresham Road in Brixton. The flat is split level with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and kitchen & living room downstairs.
The rent is £680pp with an additional ~£100/month for bills. The deposit is £962.50.

The current housemate is a 29 year old guy, we've been living here for 1.5 years and really like it. The flat is on the 4th floor (nice and quiet) and the bedroom is a decent size. The living room is spacious and has a massive window/balconette looking out over the street below.

The official contract start is 23 September but there is flexibility to move in sooner if needed.

The flat is only about a 6 minutes walk from Brixton tube station which is the start of the Victoria line, as well a Brixton railway station. Loughborough junction rail station is about 7 minutes walk away.

The area - 2 minutes walk to the O2 Academy, shops like TK Maxx and New Look and restaurants like Canova Hall. Pop Brixton an Phonox are 2 minutes away.
