Spacious Brixton Double

We have a massive double bedroom in a large house in Brixton, available from the 1st October (but flexible if earlier is preferred).

The room is very spacious and bright and it comes furnished. The rent is 720 per month excluding bills (which are approx 110 including cleaner every two weeks). It is a private landlord so no agency fees.

The house is situated on Leander Road which is a quiet residential street about 12 min walk from the tube. We very close to the under Brockwell Park to satisfy all your outdoor needs (Running, Lido, tennis courts, festivals etc)

The house is really spacious. It is bright and well decorated, with outdoor space ( balcony). The landlord has put in a new cooker, electrics, boiler, flat screen and bathroom all in the last few years. There is one bathroom, one toilet, a large living room and a large kitchen with a dining area, backing onto the balcony.

Transport – Brixton Tube or Herne Hill is 12 min walk away. There are also numerous buses to Brixton tube (159, 333, 45, 250, 2, 415) 2-5 minutes away.

A bit about us: I (Martina, 33) work in green energy and Frederico (26) works for the treasury. We’re pretty normal, laid-back, tidy and social.
