The flat is relatively new (renovated in 2013) and consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath/rainforest shower, and a fully equipped kitchen, living room and balcony with views of the London Eye. The flat also comes with bicycle storage.

The flat is located in the heart of central Brixton, and is a two minute walk from transport links such as Brixton station (Tube and National rail), and also a variety of restaurants, bars and local amenities.

The current tenants at the property are both young full time male professionals (Monday - Friday) working in property and investment. We are both outgoing, social, but also down to earth. During the week we enjoy cooking, exercising and relaxing, whereas on the weekend we socialise either as a flat or with individual friendship groups.

Our ideal flatmate would be someone with similar interests who is tidy, considerate but also up for a drink.

Bills are not included but tend to be around £70 a month depending on time of the year. Please note there is an admin fee for £240.
