Lovely double room available in Victorian house located about 7 minutes walk from Brixton tube station and close to the markets/restaurants in the area.

I am ideally looking for a professional gay man to share the house with two friendly and sociable guys. The house is very much a home and a tranquil space in which each other’s privacy is respected.

The double bedroom is bright and furnished with a wardrobe with draws, a double bed, bookcase and chest of draws. The house has a large well-equipped kitchen which leads onto a lovely outside garden which is excellent in these difficult times. In addition, to the living room there is a yoga/meditation room.

Rent is inclusive of utility bills and broadband - high speed cable. We have a regular cleaner the cost of which is shared and is in addition to the rent.
