We’ve got a nice room available in our lovely house just next to Brockwell Park - a 2min walk away.

The house has a large living room and a nice back garden - great for chilling in the sun, reading, working, or sitting out in the evening to relax with a glass of wine.

The room has just been freshly painted and has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a recess wardrobe for hanging clothes and storage.

We’ve also just had a brand new kitchen fitted in the house.

It’s a laid back easy-going house in a very quiet area. Sometimes we might hang out have a glass of wine and a laugh in the garden or watch a film in the living room together. But if we want to hang out in our rooms and have some time to just chill on our own that's cool too.

It’s not a party house but it’s cool to have friends round for dinner, guests etc.

Main thing is we're looking for someone really CLEAN, TIDY and very RESPECTFUL towards the house and your fellow housemates.
(Cleaning is a MUST).

Although we're in a very quiet area we’re really well connected for transport.

Brixton (Tube & Train St) - 5mins by bus or 15min walk down the hill.

Herne Hill (Train St) - 10 min walk through Brockwell Park

Clapham Common (Tube) - 10mins cycle or 15min by bus

Central London - 7min to Zone 1 from Brixton Tube on the (Victoria Line)

The room is £800 per month. All bills are included in that; Electric, Gas, Water rates, Council Tax, and Internet. That also includes household things like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags and cleaning stuff.

A deposit of £700, ID and a reference from your previous landlord is required to secure the room.

Minimum 6month contract - but open to shorter let if need be.
