Lovely double room in period Brixton house share

We have a great double first floor room for rent in our lovely period house share in Brixton/ Clapham available from August.

The house has a large kitchen and dining room, shared living room, 2 bathrooms, lovely garden with outdoor furniture and bbq, and also a small spare room for storage/ working/ occasional guests. We also have broadband/wifi. We are located on a quiet street off Acre Lane, only a 1 minute walk from Lidl and a few mins from a large Tesco.

Brixton tube (victoria line) Clapham north ( northern line) are both less than a 10 minute walk from the house. There is also a bus stop 1 minute away serving the 35, 37 and 355 bus routes. Brixton/ clapham high streets are both a 10 minute walk from the house in either direction.

There are 4 of us currently living here but unfortunately one of our lovely housemates is leaving as they are moving in with their partner. We are a lawyer, researcher and a product manager and we are looking for a like-minded professional to move in with us who is social and up for spending some time in the evenings with us for the odd shared dinner/drinks, but also independent enough to enjoy and look after the house when we are all too busy to be around some evenings!

The move in date is 18th August, however we could be flexible with an earlier move in date for the right person. Let us know if you have any questions or would like to come for a viewing.

Bills come to about £150 a month, including council tax, water, wifi, gas and electricity, tv licence, fortnightly cleaner, general household goods, insurance etc. There is also space to work from home in the house, most of us work from home a few days a week.
