The room itself is a double room includes double bed, drawers and fitted wardrobe. Bills include energy, water, council tax, internet and Sky TV with sports too.

The house is in a great location between Clapham North and Brixton with great links to central and less than 10 mins walk to the nearest tube.

Finally, and most importantly, the three current housemates are all professionals working in marketing and events in central London. They all enjoy watching sports, movies, hanging out and a cheeky pint at one of the many locals or on Clapham Common, from time to time. BBQs and cooking together are a frequent occurrence.
