My 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in Brixton/Clapham is going to be available from the start of May. It is currently being renovated and viewings are taking place on Monday 28th April.

The master bedroom has king size bed and loads of storage (it's a huge bedroom), and the other 2 bedrooms are again very spacious doubles with plenty of storage. It has a lovely bright and airy lounge with a balcony and a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar.

There is free parking on the surrounding roads, or you can purchase a parking permit from the management company who run the car park attached to the flats (it's approx £30 for the year- so way cheaper compared to a local council parking permit).

The Flat is less than 5 minutes from Brixton station by bus, 10 mins to Clapham Common and is conveniently situated minutes from Sainsburys, tescos, McD's, local pubs (2 within a 1 minute walk from front door) and 24 hr supermarkets. There are also at least 10 different buses that come from Brixton station up the hill so actually it never takes any time at all to get from the station home!
