Fixed term sublet, social all-girl Brixton house

FIXED TERM let only. 9th February to 30th May.

One furnished, decent size room coming up in our amazingly located flat in Brixton. Available for 3 and a half months only, whilst I go travelling.

ABOUT US:
Your new housemates are Olivia (27) Parum (24), Clara (24) and Anna (24) working in finance, charity and health. We enjoy festivals, nights out in Clapham/ Brixton, keeping fit and chilling together with wine and bad TV.

We all met through SpareRoom and are looking for someone with the same attitude and someone who is looking for a home rather than just a room to rent.

THE FLAT:
The property is a three storey maisonette with first, second and converted loft/third floor. The living area is a light and airy open plan kitchen/living/dining room with views to The Shard and Battersea Power Station. There are two full bathrooms (& separate toilet) spread across two floors, so there's never any bathroom clashes in the morning. We also have a spare room that we use for storage and laundry. It's worth mentioning there is no outside space, but Brockwell Park and Clapham Common are really close!

LOCATION:
The location could not be better - we are in the middle of Brixton, Stockwell and Clapham North stations. Brixton High Street is a 5 minute walk away but our road itself is very peaceful.

THE BORING MONEY BIT!
Rent monthly: £590
Bills monthly: £95
Total £685 payable one month in advance.

Bills cover everything (water, council tax, power, broadband, cleaner 2x month) including shared essentials eg. toilet paper. Although we like to keep the place clean and are looking for someone who can tidy up after themselves, the bills include a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas. Parking is free at weekends and permits are available from the council for full-time parking.
