ABOUT US:
We're a young professional couple who'll be travelling in SE Asia for a few months, and looking for a friendly, responsible couple or single to look after our lovely Brixton flat while we explore some temples! Must be able to come and meet us in person before renting, so please bear that in mind.

THE HOUSE:
Google Home and smart lighting and Nest smart heating.
Lounge, with overhead projector and Chromecast, large desk and digital piano. Corner sofa with double sofa bed.
1 double bedroom.
Bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery will all be available for you to use.
Terrace / garden area with outdoor furniture, lighting and heater.
Large fridge, microwave, washing machine.

On-street parking available (permits required from 12-2pm). Free motorcycle parking around the corner.
Pet-friendly.
No smoking inside (but feel free to use the terrace).

LOCATION:
We're a 6min bus journey (or 12min walk) from Brixton town and tube/rail station.
There's some nice local pubs in the vicinity, and a Wetherspoons if you're so inclined.
Supermarkets and corner shop - 2 mins walk.

OTHER:
I've got a 125cc scooter that will just be sitting idle, so if you want to use that, I could include.
