A welcoming flat with a relaxing atmosphere featuring both antique and contemporary features. It is located on a quiet road within 5-10 minutes walk of the underground station and 1-2 minutes walk of the nearest bus stop. Brixton is in zone 2 on the Victoria line, which is the second fastest underground line. A bicycle is available free of charge.

The space is open plan with high ceilings. The main bedroom has a very comfortable double bed overlooking the back garden. The kitchen is well equipped with an espresso machine, kettle, rice cooker, toaster and numerous pans. The second bedroom is used as an office, but also has a double bed. In addition, it has a keyboard, should you wish to practice your piano skills!

There is parking on the street, but it is not free of charge. Visitor parking can be arranged for £5 a day. The alternatives are to use the pay and display machine, or to park in a nearby area which has free parking.

Nearby you can find Brixton Village and Market, which has an array of boutique shops and well-received restaurants. Immediately at the end of the road you also have convenient access to other cafes and restaurants, as well as Sainsbury's supermarket. The nearby Aries Bakery is great for fresh bread and Ashby's is recommended for fresh produce. Brockwell Park is 0.8 km away and is a beautiful area with an ornamental garden, ponds, recreational areas and swimming pool. Lastly, the nearest local gym is Jetts (24 hr), which is situated 0.2 km away.
