I have recently just moved into the flat with two very good friends but as my sister just got a job in London, will be moving in with her and need someone to take over me in this lovely apartment.

They are two lovely, clean tidy and friendly female young professionals working as a finance analyst and graphic designer.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of them share a bathroom and you would have your own bedroom and ensuite bathroom! I have just ordered the new furniture last week so the bed, mattress, and wardrobe in the pictures are brand new and there is a new chest of drawers arriving this week matching the wardrobe in white! I also have brand new black out stylish curtains arriving today and the room will be fully repainted throughout this week. The bathroom is quite spacious and new and the bath floor is also getting fixed this week as it has come off a bit on the bath tub edges ( not really noticeable , but want to make sure I hand it in the best conditions ! ) and the landlord is super helpful and understanding and is always open to upgrade and improve the flat.

The living room is in an open plan with bar connecting the kitchen. It is getting refurnished in the next week with new furniture and massive TV arriving! The kitchen is modern and fully equipped : washing machine, dryer, kettle, toaster, baking trays, pans etc

Is is IDEALLY LOCATED less than 10 minutes walk to Brixton station with a sainsbury local less right in front of building and Lidl, big sainsburys, iceland, M&S, poundland etc within less than 10 minutes walk.
