Hi there!

We’ve just moved into a 2 double bedroom maisonette near Brixton and are looking for a third flatmate!

The flat is situated between Brixton Hill and Brockwell Park so is a perfect location in the summer. Brixton tube station is a 5-10 min bus ride away with 3 busses going past. The flat has a private garden with a little shed, spacious lounge and separate kitchen. You will have a good sized double room with plenty of storage! It’s been recently refurbished to a really high standard and comes furnished.

The room is £650 a month plus bills which are TBC but we’ll be splitting them equally (we're estimating around £70-80). There’s no agency fees though you will need to pay a 5 week deposit and go through all the relevant reference checks!

We both work in the film industry: Phil works for Dolby around Europe and I work for a video production company in central London. When we aren’t working we enjoy going to the cinema, park walks, a few drinks in the pub and cooking up a feast at home (perfect pizza pending!). We enjoy having friends over for dinner and looking forward to BBQs in the Summer, we’re pretty chilled and looking for someone who enjoys a similar home environment.

We’re looking for a female in their twenties, as Phil is away fairly often, I’m looking for someone who I can hang out with in the evenings and watch a bit of TV but equally enjoys their own space too. The room is available now and we'll be holding viewings all this week - we're keen to get someone on the tenancy asap.
