I'm moving out of my friendly flatshare in central Brixton and am looking for someone to take my room. (I've loved living here but am moving into a new place with my girlfriend.)
My flatmates are both professionals in their late 20s (both women) and are ideally looking for someone of a similar age who is clean and easygoing. We're not a party flat but we sometimes have friends round and spend time together.
Our building is in a fantastic location, right at the heart of Brixton. It's about 2-3 mins walk from the tube station and next to loads of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants.
The flat is spacious, with a living room, separate kitchen, one bathroom and three bedrooms. There is also an airing cupboard and two two spacious storage cupboards, one of which is being used as a wardrobe.
The room will be available from February 20. It's £675 per month plus bills, which come to about £75 each usually. You'll also have to put some money up for a share of the deposit.
I'm aiming to do viewings ASAP.
If you're interested, please message me with a short description of yourself and when you are available to come and see the room.
Thanks
