Fairly large four bedroom (plus study) terrace house in Brixton. The house is presented over 3 levels with a bathroom on each.
There is a lounge room, large open plan living room and kitchen which opens out to a patio and small garden.
The kitchen, laundry room, patio and bathroooms were all renovated in 2016/2017.
The house is fully furnished and we share all bills equally (internet, council tax, utilities).

Location
Short 7 minute walk from tube station and 1 minute walk to a large tescos and local bus routes. Parks, music venues, cinemas, cafes, clubs, restaurants all located within 5-10 minute walk.

Who should apply
Young professionals who are easy going, social, tidy and can pay rent. There is plenty of space in the house to keep to yourself but equally the large open kitchen and living area which encourages a fairly social atmosphere.

Existing Housemates
You will be sharing the house with one male and three females in their late 20s, all working in a range of industries (finance, consulting and teaching) in central London. We are a sociable bunch but also enjoy some chilled/personal time too.

Rooms
The room is a large regular shaped room on the 3rd level next to a renovated bathroom. The large window overlook the patio and is quiet (not road facing)
