We have one high-spec double room available in a lovely three bedroom flat in the heart of Brixton. Situated in a renovated Victorian mansion, we are opposite Brixton market, down the road from the Ritzy and a three minute walk from Brixton tube station!

The property is in a secure gated development, and the flat includes a security alarm and double lock so is very safe.

The room is a good size and comes furnished with 1x double bed, 1x wardrobe, 1x chest of drawers and 1x bedside table. There is a large open-plan shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, which are all furnished.

The existing housemates are a 28-year-old professional woman working in publishing and a freelance textile designer—very laid-back and easy to get along with. Interested in reading, working out and bingeing Netflix.

The £900 monthly rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax and Sky).

The room is available from the 19th March 2020 but the security deposit (£1066) will need to be paid in full by the end of February, once the reference checks have been cleared.

We're looking for nice, independent people who are happy to have a glass of wine in front of the TV but equally enjoy their own space!
