I'm letting my spare double bedroom in a lovely two bedroom Victorian converted flat. The flat is at walking distance of Brixton tube station and Herne Hill train station with plenty of buses at 5 mins walk from Brixton Hill.

The area is really nice and quiet, very close to Brockwell Park and with a big Sainsbury's, pubs and restaurants 5 mins away. The flat is modern, recently refurbished and with plenty of natural light.

Amenities include a full kitchen, washing machine / dryer, big smart TV with Google Chromecast and Freeview, high speed WiFi throughout the flat (100Mb), shared bathroom and living room. There is s roof terrace accessible through my bedroom but I'm happy to share a nice meal and drinks at the terrace over the weekend!

A cleaner coming every other weeks is also included in the price as well as all bills.

I'm typically away at work or busy with after work stuff every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but when at home I equally happy socialising over dinner or a drink, or having a quiet night in reading or watching Netflix.

I'm tidy, very clean, friendly and very considerate with others so I'd be looking for someone similar.

The bedroom I'm letting has a double wardrobe and a quite comfy day bed that can be used as a single bed (80x200cm) or king size (160×200cm), depending on how much space you would like in your room. I'm also happy to set up a desk and a chair if needed, a bedsite table... happy to make your stay more comfortable!
