We have a 3 bedroom house with a garden. Only one room to let for a female. Option is one large double bedroom 800£ which I currently occupy, or a Smaller double bedroom with in built wardrobe garden facing for 690 £ available now.

Archbishops Place is a very quiet and lovely picturesque street full of artists and great neighbours. It’s a 3 bedroom house, lounge and spare study room which is great to work from home or for a student.
The house is old but has character. Heating in all rooms.
I live with my 22 year old daughter who goes to London College of Fashion and will soon graduate ( only 2 of us). She has a busy life.
I work in the City as a Portfolio manager. We are quiet in general. Great garden for summer BBQs. We have Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Video, all utilities and costs included. We have obviously WM, Dishwasher, 55” TV, Pressure cooker, Bread Maker, Nespresso on the go always.
The closest line is Brixton Station which is a 12 min brisk walk. And loads of buses /night buses go past Brixton Hill every 2-5 minutes and go to Brixton Station. 5 min walk to Local Sainsbury/Tesco. Large Sainsbury 8 min walk. Vibrant Brixton market is perfect for fresh fruit/veg and fish
We just want a cool person of any age. We are very laid back, helpful and tidy. And easy to get on with.
We have traveled a lot. Lived in many countries. We are very sociable and also respect privacy. I won’t require a deposit. Just someone who pays monthly on time. I have a long term let. Non Smokers.
