Lovely single en-suite in unique house

I am very sad to be leaving this super cosy room after 3 years of blissful living. There’s a good size double bed, big sash-window, en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe (and plenty of further storage). A sash window leads out to your own flat roof, which is a great place to take it easy after a day's work!

The house is an absolute gem, there is a large living room with Sky and Apple TV, big kitchen with dining table, a spare summer-bedroom/ study, laundry, and courtyard-garden leading into a further garden-room which is a great social/party space.

If you're not familiar with the area, it serves all needs. The house sits in the middle of Stockwell Green, which has a very well supplied CostCutter, DIY shop and a dry cleaners. In less than 10 minutes you can get to Clapham North, Stockwell and Brixton, all with their own amazing offerings and an array of good pubs and places to buy good ingredients, if you like cooking!
