Hi! Welcome to Peckford Place - our wonderfully bright 3 bedroom, working-from-home-friendly flat in the heart of Brixton!

We've got a great location, a brilliant atmosphere and now we're on the lookout for an awesome housemate.... could it be you?

- The price is a very reasonable £745 per month - including bills!
- Bills include broadband, Sky TV with Sky Sports, council tax, electric, water and gas.

The flat is on two floors and for your rent money you get:
- A bright bedroom furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, full-length mirror and bedside table. Dimmer switch lighting for a bespoke atmosphere
- Bathroom comprising of bath / shower and sink
- Separate toilet
- Kitchen with separate fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer. Lots of storage
- Large separate lounge with TV, sofa and dining / working from home area
- South facing balcony overlooking neighbours gardens

We're in a great location surrounded by small parks and green space. Other things on the doorstep:
- The gym (5 minute walk)

Our flatmate Mariana is unfortunately moving out so we are looking for someone new to join us - boy, girl, other... doesn't matter - we're just looking for the right person. We are looking for someone to come in, settle in and enjoy themselves.

We have a big communal lounge with dining table. We are keen to have someone join us who would be happy to sit around with us in the evenings, chat and watch some TV or similar. If you need to work from home, you are welcome to work from the dining table in the lounge too.

But who are we?

David - I'm 28 years old. I've lived here for 4 years now. I'm a web developer for the government. I like cycling, climbing and cooking.

Jonathan - I'm 31 and I've lived here for almost 18 months. I present a radio programme for the BBC World Service. I like football, tending to my house plants and travelling.

We're looking for the right person to move in during September but we can be flexible on the date.
