Large Double Room Central Brixton

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful flat situated a 2 minute walk from Brixton Station (Rushcroft Road). This underground is on the Victoria line and has direct links to any major university in London (15 mins in the tube to KCL strand campus). The flat is really well lit with lots of natural light and is on a relatively quiet road (considering it’s in central london) (considering it’s one row behind commercial shops). The room I am advertising is the larger of the 3 rooms and has amazing double windows and lots and lots of space!! Unfortunately, I am moving back with my parents, as my mental health is getting worse being at uni. The flat is with two female students both at KCL - Abi and Charlie. They are super friendly and social and would both prefer to have someone of that same ideal (preferably not over the age of 25 and a student!). Abi is a 3rd year veterinary science student doing a placement year at KCL, and Charlie is a psychology Masters student. The rent is £700 (down from £800) a month not including bills, and the deposit is £700. Bills are typically around £30 a month. I have paid for rent until the 28th of January, so if anyone would like to overtake my contract ASAP, I will not charge you for that and you’ll be staying for free until then.
