I'm leaving this amazing flat to find somewhere cheaper and I LOVE this flat and the flatmate is so lovely that I'm very sad to leave, but now this great room and split level flat is up for grabs.
As I'm hoping to leave ASAP to save as much money as possible and the landlords are so AMAZING they are letting me leave as soon as I find someone for my flatmate to share the flat with - the sooner someone is able to move in the better and I can be really flexible on move dates as I'll just leave when someone wants to move it.
The room is a really good size and is on it's own floor which means that you get really great privacy and it feels very cosy. The flat itself has a really quirky vibe as it's a ground floor flat (although split over 3 levels) with an amazing decked garden out the back (that even has it's own bike storage that keeps our bikes safe).
Living Room
A large living room greets you from the hallway at the entrance to the flat, it has a bay window and is at the front of the flat on a really quiet residential road.
Kitchen/Diner
There is a HUGE kitchen that also has an extendable dining table and chairs (for those times post COVID when you're allowed to have friends over for dinner). The kitchen has all the mod cons (you even get your own fridge!) and a large dishwasher too. The lighting throughout the flat is so amazing and gives it a really warm vibe.
Bathroom
Downstairs there is a large bathroom with good shower, toilet, sink and bath. Next to this is the washing machine/dryer and freezer.
Upstairs Bedroom
This is your very own sanctuary and comes with Bed, wardrobe - I love this room so I'm gutted I have to say good bye to it, but you'll love it!
There's the possibility of me leaving the desk, office chair and other furniture if needed and if I can't pack it to take with me.
About the flatmate
My flatmate has been in the flat for 3 years, she's cool, relaxed and is a good giggle. She loves a glass of wine, cooks, loves exercise and has a good group of friends in Brixton so she's looking for someone similar - who likes to share the flat but also has a life of their own. The place is very chilled, it's clean and tidy (but not obsessively) so would suit someone who is looking for just that.
