Huge Double Room in Brixton, great price, including all bills (and monthly household items, eg. washing up liquid, t. paper, soap, etc), less than 10min walk to both Brixton and Clapham High Street.
The room is huge, and comes with king size bed, wadrobe and other furniture, with still lots of space around it. It overlooks a beautiful garden, sunny side and the house is on a very quite street so I have had the best sleep in Londond at this place.
I'm moving out and looking for someone to take my room. Current flatmates: two guys in their 20s: one is a teacher and other is an engineer. They are really amazing gusy, friendly, tidy and considerable. We have had the best conversations in the kitchen with a bottle of wine, which is important during this time!
Room is available from 1st Feb, but moving in date is flexible until 1st March.
