The double bedroom is a good size and located at the back of the flat so there is no street noise. The living room is also a good size. The kitchen is separate and the bathroom is newly fitted. The whole flat has just been freshly decorated.
We're very keen to rent the flat to someone who will look after it and love it like we do.
