As I will soon be moving to a new apartment with my partner, I am looking to find a new tenant for my current room.

- A 15min walk to Brixton Station and Tulse Hill Station / 2min away from a bus stop
- A 3min walk to Brockwell Park - the park is right across the estate!
- 7min away from a big Sainsbury’s and Brixton’s most vibrant bars (Effra Social and Hootananny)

The rent doesn’t include bills.

The flat is on the 3rd floor and it has 3 individual bedrooms + a shared living room with a balcony.

The bathroom features a big, comfy bathtub with a shower.

There are multiple cupboards and storage space in the flat that all flatmates share together.

The kitchen has all key appliances, such as a microwave, kettle, sandwich maker. There are also a dishwasher and a washing machine.

There are 2 friends of mine living in the apartment, they’re both extremely friendly and sociable but also respectful of other space and privacy.

They’re 25 and 29 years old respectively, one working as a hospitality staff trainer and the other one is a jewellery design student.
