Double room available on the top floor of a 3-storey bright and spacious 4-bedroom house in Brixton Hill. It's a short let of up to 6 months as we may be moving on early next year.

We’re looking for someone to join us in a happy, friendly house. You'll be sharing with the two live-in owners and one other housemate, who's lived here since July 2021.

We're aged 33, 37 and 62. One of the owners works in travel and the other works in the city and we all work from home several days a week.

We are a relaxed and friendly bunch with two cats, and we'd love to welcome you into our home. Open to all genders, identities and backgrounds - we're a mix and enjoy it!

The house is bright and spacious, with good broadband - and all bills are included.

There is a large shared double living room, new kitchen (with dishwasher) and garden. Plenty of storage available in the walk-in attic, a large laundry room (on the top floor) and two shared bathrooms. We can shift furniture around in the room if you want - there's plenty of space and we're very flexible so just ask.

You’ll be welcome to share the living room, kitchen and south-facing garden and socialise with us if you want to but no pressure either way; the house is easily large enough for each of us to have privacy as well as for socialising.

It is a very large, well-presented house in a residential street, approximately 15 to 20 minutes’ walk from Brixton tube station and there are frequent buses too - lots of good bus links to Brixton, into the City and to Clapham Junction and other areas of south west London. Sainsbury’s and Tesco are very close.

The room is available from early September - we're asking for £850 per month including all bills and internet.

Talk to us as well if you're more interested in short term lets or Mon-Fri only as we might be able to agree to that.
