Seeking flat mate for 2 bed in Brixton/Herne Hill

Hi I’m Emily, a 27-year-old young professional looking for a flat mate to join me in my homey 2 bed flat in Brixton/Herne Hill.

The decently sized double room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Which complements the spacious open plan living room and kitchen (see photos) and bathroom. Please note bills are not included and are approx £100 a month (which includes council tax).

The location is pretty perfect, being right on the doorstep of Brockwell Park (1 min walk) and has great transport connections (Brixton station - 12 min walk on the Victoria Line and Herne Hill station also a 12 min walk on the Thameslink). There’s also a lovely market in Herne Hill on Sundays and plenty of cute coffee shops within a walkable distance. Nearby shops include a big Sainsbury’s, a pharmacy and mini-marts, plus lots of good pubs too.

I’m seeking a sociable flatmate (pref a young professional/student) who is a non-smoker and takes pride in a well-kept home. Minimum six month contract with a view to extend if all goes well.
