Howdy, we have a spare room going in our lovely home and it will be available mid April. We are a friendly bunch of various ages, mostly into cooking, going to the Duke of Edinburgh pub (which happens to be next door) and watching films.
The location is amazing! The house is situated just off Ferndale Rd– a 5 min walk to Brixton station and 10 min walk to Clapham North.
We have a garden! There's always cats in it. We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer and 2 bathrooms.

Everyone leads their own life but enjoy chats after work and sometimes going to Brixton's various watering holes for a few. We are looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy as there will be five people in total living here.

The electricity gets topped up manually whenever it runs out, this is £10 each.
